In 4.3 it's possible to render to a texture that's larger than the backbuffer. If you combine this functionality with the new "Save render surface to file" command, it's finally possible to save a high-res screenshot from your application.

This simple template demonstrates how to render a screenshot with the largest possible size supported by your graphics card.

Antialiasing is not supported at such a high resolution but, if you don't need the highest possible resolution, you could downsample the image before saving to get 2xAA.
